This not only creates an unpleasant atmosphere but also seems to affect the quality of service. I'm writing this review because today's incident was the last straw. I had chosen not to complain publicly before because I genuinely hoped things would improve, but unfortunately, they haven't. I sincerely hope the owner takes this feedback constructively and works on improving both the food quality and the overall customer experience.
