Here's a funny story…read more.. I first found drop zone arena about 3 years ago on Yelp. I had reached out to inquire about a party but did not hear back. I tried a couple of times because I really wanted my son to have a nerf war party... didn't end up booking them because I could not get a hold of them Fast forward a year later, we got invited to a nerf war party at a local park. When I asked for a business card, I found out it's these guys who my friend had booked through. Cool cool, maybe the owner forgot to get back to me... maybe it was bad timing. I saved their contact information in my phone and forgot about them Recently, my son started asking me about having a nerf gun party again. He mentioned he had so much fun at his friend's party 2 years ago... so from a party standpoint, I would give them a sold 5 stars I reached out to them recently. I called, left a message, texted two different numbers (one from my contact list and one from the website) and it's been a couple of weeks.... Crickets. Perhaps I pissed someone off over there and just don't know it? Perhaps they are so busy and don't need new customers? This will remain as a mystery. 0 out of 5 for responsiveness. LOL

Thanks Caelan! Great memories for all our guests!

Cindy who is the owner was so flexible with our schedule because we both work night shift and it was hard to make some of the classes, so she was very flexible for our schedule the girls teacher was Miss Erica and she was amazing. She is just phenomenal with the kids and seriously we loved everyone back in June. They would do a award ceremony and they would get a ribbon which was so cool and all the families come and see it. I asked Cindy if there is another one in Murietta area, but she said that this is the only one in inland Empire. if we lived closer we would take our kids still but its a 45 min drive from where we are so we had to stop. we love them so much!!! everyone was soo sweet to our girls!!

He started coming here when he was 2 years old and was not willing to challenge himself physically....wouldn't really jump, hop, skip, none of that. With the help of Miss Erika and Miss Karlee, he has developed so much physically and become confident in his ability to do things, so I'd say he developed mentally a lot from coming here as well. Miss Erika has been guiding him consistently from the very beginning and guiding him based on his individual strengths and weaknesses. The structure of the classes is also very engaging and fun, while also teaching the kids discipline. It's a great balance. Lots of kids come through the studio, but the experience feels so personal. Any time I have a question, Miss Cyndi at the front desk has an answer for me and has always been so accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

Explaining everything to my friend since it was her first time trying a place like this. It's a great place to waste an hour with friends or family. Kids would absolutely enjoy it. It is small, smaller than any other claw arcade I've been to but their point system is better than others I have seen. You have 2 options: 1. Keep your prizes 2. Trade in your prizes for a better prize behind the counter. Including but not limited to Pokemon cards and the current popular needohs. Not sure if they have a point system where you can turn in your plushies and save points, I didn't ask, but if I were local that would be an awesome option. Need help with a machine, they oblige you in any way they can. Making it easy for the smallest to oldest person playing. The establishment is cute, love their little stuffed animal photo op in the front. I would say if anything a better range of toys that are popular would have been more enticing to spend extra coin. Would totally come back!

Galaxy Claw both let's you trade prizes from specific machines AND there are prizes you can trade up to. Specific Machines: If you grab ANYTHING from a specific game, ask the staff here if you want to trade for another plush from that game. This means you should always try to get the easiest plushie in a machine, not the one you want most. Prize Counter: You can trade plushies you get from different machines, for larger prizes from the prize counter. If you want a bigger prize, you've got work to do! PROPS: It's clear the staff cares about this location, and wants to give people a great experience SLOPS: It's kind of a strange location to find, but once you know where it is it's not hard to get to
