I was able to pick up and drop off the items myself, which made things much easier for me. Communication was very easy throughout the whole process, and Joel was great to work with. When I visited their store, I realized they had so many other party rentals too like chairs, tables, jumpers, lawn games, and more. I honestly wish I had ordered everything from them to make it a one-stop shop! So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before! Even with the change of plans, Cesar still went above and beyond. He delivered the tables and chairs and even set the tables up so all I had to do was move them into the layout I wanted. Our event was at a park, and with the strong winds it definitely wasn't an easy setup, but Cesar still pushed through and made sure everything was taken care of. 5/5 I reached out to…read moreFran's Kids Jump looking for a possible tent rental for an event next week, our Thanksgiving dinner for the kids at Micah House and their families (38 families total). Because of the rain in the forecast, we were trying to find a good solution, and Angel responded to me immediately. She was so easy to communicate with. I tried sending her a picture of last year's setup, but it wouldn't go through, so she even gave me her personal number (and thankfully she had an iPhone, yay!) so I could send it directly. She was incredibly gracious and had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She asked thoughtful questions and really tried to help me figure out what would work best for our event. The pricing was also very reasonable, $350 for a 20x40 tent for the day, plus service fees and taxes. Honestly, that's extremely affordable. Unfortunately, since our event is for a nonprofit, it ended up being outside our budget this time, so we weren't able to move forward with the rental. BUT I absolutely plan to come back to Fran Kid Jump in the future. If I ever need a tent for an event, especially one that might get rained on, I will be reaching back out to Angel. She was amazing, and I highly recommend Fran's Kids Jump for party rentals!
