He was reassuring and answered all of my questions. I got the implants months ago and haven't had the slightest problems. Billing was straightforward with my insurance covering the basic costs, and the "extras" being out-of-pocket. No surprises, no unexpected fees. Staff is always polite and takes care of scheduling and other transactions promptly. Reading some of these other reviews, I wonder if there are two alternate dimensions and I'm in the one where The Eye Center is a good shop. I'd send anyone I know there for cataract treatment.

I didn't appreciate how her tone was with my children, how her tone was with me, and the correspondence she allows to leave her office is very rude. It's a shame because she was first recommended to us because she had a reputation for working well with children on the autism spectrum, and we were satisfied, so I'm not sure what has changed to change her demeanor. I'm giving her three stars instead of one because she does do good work, but being approachable is also part of being a good doctor.

I have purchased glasses from her facility in the past where pd ratings were recorded. At my annual appointment, I asked for my pd measurement because I would like the flexibility of purchasing my glasses elsewhere at a reasonable cost. I was told that by giving out the PD measurement, Eyedocdulles would liable for any mistakes that another company may make. I explained that I would not hold them liable for any mistakes that another company makes but they would not release the pd rating which is in my file. I would expect Dr. Barnett to be a doctor first and a salesperson second. Our family will no longer be patients of Dr. Barnett and her practice.
