She organized all of my insurance coverage, even calling them to get more information. I thought I had just got her on a good day. Nope! When I went in for my appt she was there and was just as awesome as well as all the wonderful ladies behind the desk. Not to mention they have the newest and coolest massage chair I've ever been in! So that gives them a 5 start just for that! Once all the insurance was cleared up and I went in for my appt it continued to be extremely enjoyable and fun. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure you understands everything. Not only is the doctor so smart and great but Lori my hygenist was equally as amazing. I have bad anxiety about pain and they did absolutely everything I could have asked for to keep the experience as enjoyable as possible. After the procedure, I kept going back because something clearly wasn't right. Instead of addressing the problem, they repeatedly prescribed antibiotics and insisted nothing was wrong. Over time, I saw multiple dentists trying to get answers, but no one wanted to take responsibility or properly investigate. (created a ton of fear) I was essentially passed from one office to another with no resolution. Nearly nine years later, I finally found a dentist who took my concerns seriously and referred me to an endodontist. The specialist confirmed that the original root canal had failed they missed a canal. It had been overfilled, which caused a pocket in my jaw that repeatedly became infected. For years, I was dealing with chronic infections, with my mouth flaring up every month or so, and no one acknowledging the real cause. The dentist who performed the procedure claimed to be a specialist, but based on the outcome, the quality of work was unacceptable. This wasn't just a minor issue--it led to long-term damage and significant health complications. I've dealt with chronic inflammation, recurring infections, and even hospital visits due to blood infections that were never properly traced back to the source at the time. I paid for professional care and trusted this office, and after 4 hours in a chair and thousands later in return, I was left dealing with the consequences of a failed procedure that no one would take responsibility for. It took nearly a decade to finally get a clear diagnosis and validation of what I had been experiencing the entire time.(keep in mind I couldn't live on antibiotics either so no medication to heal it or prevent infection or I'd end up immune to them if I did) I would strongly caution others to seek second opinions and ensure they are getting proper care, because my experience here resulted in years of unnecessary pain and avoidable health issues. Also fun fact for anybody getting work done anywhere,did you know your body suffering with constant inflammation and infection, like from failed dental work, ya it could cause blood sugar issues.... What's worse, they still charged us around $140 for basically doing nothing. I understand consultation fees, but this felt completely unreasonable and unprofessional. I needed to find a dentist I was comfortable with; my kids were comfortable with and that I didn't feel like I was being ripped of by seeing as there are no dental fee guidelines in Alberta yet (they are working on it). I have definitely found that here at the Heritage Dental Centre. They treated us well and I felt welcomed which is what I was looking for in a dental office - not just a patient; not just a number but someone they cared about after all they are looking after my health and well being. The hygienist took care of us and the dentist made sound suggestions for care - whether that was a filling for one child or waiting to see what happens with the other. My middle one needed wisdom teeth removed and he suggested a place to go and I had no hesitation about taking his suggestion has I was happy with his work. I will be coming back here for sure. Plenty of free parking but it was also close to the LRT for my oldest who needed to meet us here after university. Plus they took care of insurance and are open late for even more convenience. Really, what more can I - or anyone else, ask for?

Paid in full which was a mistake because felt once I did that the service and front desk treatment was very poor. I did not realize I would have extra work between emails and telephone calls to get my trays with several delays therefore I am behind by 2 weeks and still have to wear old trays because she could not be bothered to send them out even with 16 days notice. This is now the third time this Iady has done this. I have not completed my treatment yet and hopefully the rest will be done in a timely matter. If you can get Invisalign treatment from another office that won't be obstructive to your treatment.
