The management of the facility seem to know how to do it right as the mall always has a lot of foot traffic, a seemingly high retention rate of retail stores and hosting family friendly events. The setup at the town plaza for the outdoor concerts is very accommodating to businesses (accessible for patrons) and attendees (allowing for a seating area as well as a dance "floor"). For the latter, no coolers nor outside alcohol are allowed but camping seats and well mannered doggies are!!! And even better, the concerts are always free and welcoming to all.
