Im From out of town and you know it ain't easy to trust any barber to cut your hair, Anna is definitely a recommended to cut your hair. She cuts all ethnicities from nappy to straight hair. This woman presented with great services and is very friendly. She hooked it up with a drop skin fade that has me looking like a sexy papi chulo. Lol. Like most things in life, the general rule of thumb is that you get what you pay for and it clearly shows here. While the rates seem high initially, after seeing the end result, you feel like you got more than what you paid for. After all, a nice haircut is a huge confidence booster. I don't even know where to begin, the amount of positive things I can say are endless. The interior is well kept, clean, and they are COVID prepared. I've been here twice and had my hair cut by Cheysen and Anna. Both were really friendly, answered any questions I had, and when I was unsure of what would work for me (I don't go to barbers often), I trusted them and said just do whatever you think works well (i showed a picture of what style I was going for to give an idea) and was more than satisfied with the results each time. I was already confident while in the shop, but what matters more is what happens AFTER. The amount of compliments I've received were abundant; women say hey with extra y's, family members tell me I "finally" look good after having messy overgrown covid hair for months. Can't go less than 5 stars. Solid cuts every time and solid customer service. I've been getting my haircut from Rob at this location for a while now. The shop is easy to get to from 680 or 880. Everyone that works here is friendly and approachable. The shop itself is small so it doesn't have an intimidating atmosphere to walk into like most shops or salons. I'm a very punctual person so if I'm going to a new place (which this was) I try to arrive about 10 minutes early just in case. I booked my appt friday for Sunday at 10am. I received multiple reminders about the appointment. Fast forward to this morning I arrive to the place (which is hard to find and their parking lot sucks) and nobody is in sight. Ok, weird but maybe they're running a little late. 10am hits and I check again and nothing. Few more minutes go by and no cars are coming into the parking lot. I check my email and at 942am (18 minutes before my appointment) theres and email asking if we can reschedule?! How do you ask 18 minutes before the appt is supposed to happen? I replied no and I will not try again. If this is how this business is run I'm not about it. I'll take my money elsewhere where they want it. read more

Writing this review specifically for Franco; I've been getting haircuts from him since a few months, and every time, I'm amazed at the attention to detail this dude displays when cutting your hair. It's like he's obsessed with getting the cut perfect, and the end result shows it too. He doesn't just listen to what you want, but also sometimes makes cool suggestions on what will work better, and it does.
