It is a smaller shop so plan your cut in advance (via internet). I've been to a few barbershops in the San Jose area and it's hard to find quality barbers that aren't just about the dollar. I was very impressed with his skill. I'm from Mountain View where there aren't many barbers so I normally travel to SJ for cuts, but Milpitas was slightly closer. Found out this place from Yelp and wanted to add onto the great reviews this establishment has been receiving. I booked an appointment (appointments only) with Aisiah on their website and was easy and straight forward. I was kinda hesitant at first about coming here, but all the staff make you feel really comfortable. The vibe of this place is really easy going and overall just friendly without having to try hard. Aisiah really took his time to figure out what you want and even throws out suggestions that looks best for you. I went with the $50 option and my stay was for an hour, with that said they really go into detail about fading or blending. At first I did not even know what I really wanted nor all the terminology that goes into having a haircut. And coming from places like your typical Supercuts or walk in places all over town. Dappers & Dolls does it right and they are really into having return customers for the long term. After coming out of this place I felt confident and just really good about myself.
