From the very first message, Freddy was incredibly kind and understanding. He even offered to let us come in during regular business hours or after hours if that would make things easier for my son. I decided to come during business hours so my son's therapists could be there to support him. As expected, my son struggled a bit when he heard the clippers, but Freddy and his team were patient, calm, and completely understanding the entire time. With a little teamwork, support, toys, and snacks, we were able to get through the haircut successfully. What impressed me even more was Freddy's knowledge and attention to detail. He understood exactly what products needed to be used in my son's hair to help detangle it and make the haircut easier for him. As a parent of a child with special needs, finding businesses that are truly patient, compassionate, and willing to work with your child can be incredibly difficult. I'm so grateful to have found someone in town who genuinely cares and who we can visit regularly as my son continues to get more comfortable with haircuts. Highly recommend Garage 17!

Asked for disconnected, we were both clear on this, my sides are LITERALLY blended in with the tip of my head. We talked about how my hair could use a reperm. THERES NO HAIR LEFT TO PERM. ITS TOO SHORT. The person who cut my hair I won't say their name, but other employees says she has 10 years experience. Honestly looks like a hair cut you get at "Great Clips". I can't be bothered.
