They replaced an ancient oil furnace and installed a new heat pump and furnace. We were very happy. They worked with us all the way through the process and were wonderful. They also provided good maintenance until we sold our house. Fast forward to 2017. We moved in to a new house and wanted to upgrade our heating. Jason came out and gave a fair and honest estimate. He says flat out he isn't the cheapest nor the most expensive but he provides quality service. Again a total home run. I am a very happy customer and wholeheartedly recommend this company. The quote was reasonable and came in on time and on cost. The installer treated myself, my kids , my pet, and my house with total respect and treated things like he would in his own home or better. Keep up the good work!

He also replaced our thermostat and gas vent on the roof, as well as brought our furnace area up to code with proper combustion ventilation. When I interviewed Ken for the job I knew we made the right decision. He is incredibly knowledgeable about what will work best for your home without any up selling. We were deciding between a heat pump or air conditioning and Ken made the choice simple for us. We now know we have a system that will last many years and works great for our home design. Ken also ended up installing a better furnace for us then we'd talked about, for the same price, as the model he had selected was no longer in production. The new furnace comes with a 12 year parts and labor warranty AND a 99 year (yes that's correct) warranty on the heat exchanger. Now, the only con is that Ken said it would take a day to do the whole job. It ended up taking 3 days. So why didn't I deduct a star from my rating? Ken and his assistant busted their butt's the entire time to make us happy. Some things were beyond his control and that's what caused the delays. Ken ended up offering us a small discount because of how long the project took, and we greatly appreciate that. We will be hiring him again to work on our RV garage that we're turning into a man cave and cellar.

At a restaurant do you like paying or filet minion and getting Hamburger Helper? Do you enjoy having calls and e-mails not returned? Do you believe reaching out to the Better Business Bureau is a necessary step to get issues resolved? If so, Double K/7 hills Plumbing is the outfit you ought to choose! I used Double K/7 Hills Plumbing to install a ductless HVAC system at my primary residence. For several winters my Great Room split/head seemed to run constantly during the winter and failed to properly heat the room. Upon some routine cleaning I took a look and found out 7 Hills had installed a 12" head for the room instead of the 15" head that was invoiced (and paid for). Supposed to be: CTXS15LVJU (Daiken) Was installed: FTXX12LVJU (Daiken) Upon discovering this issue I reached out to Double K/7 Hills Plumbing, including the owner (Derek) who was the one who designed, invoiced, and accepted payment on the system. Three weeks of voicemails and e-mails yielded not only no resolution, but no response (queue song "No Reply At All" by Genesis). Level of service/support has been so atrocious a BBB claim has been filed: ID 14265371. This is a step, despite using dozens of contractors/suppliers for my primary residence and rentals, I have never once had to previously take given that I'm pretty understanding/flexible in coming to arrangements on these kinds of situations. Bottom line, use this business at your own risk. Problems/accidents happen. That said when calls and e-mails spread over weeks aren't returned by the Owner, that's not an "accident" that's a deliberate attempt to avoid standing by a product/install and speaks to character. -AC

They called to move up the appointment since they were done with other clients early and since I couldn't accommodate their last minute request, they asked to reschedule. I have been down this path before (see my review from 2024 below), no thank you. THEIR TECHNICIANS ALSO DON'T WORK AFTER 3 PM. =============== New review 4/30/2025 - Great service, great pricing. Scheduling is a bit hit or miss, but i guess that is expected when you are trying to accommodate clients with fast responses. They did a lot better than my previous experience. =============== New review 5/23/2024 - Disappointed by scheduling. I was rescheduled twice and they didn't show up at the door after a confirmed appointment. They are unapologetic and keep pushing the appointments. My suggestion to them - let's be transparent to the clients if things are too busy. Time is of value. =============== First Review - Parker Bros installed an A/C unit in our house last week and they did a great job at that. Their quote was quite competitive and reasonably priced. The installation crew was respectful of our house, they took care of all the steps, made sure that the system was working right and answered all questions. As far as scheduling, they took more than 4 months to get the unit installed. I guess I understand the shortage in supplies due to the current global situation but I was hoping they were a little more communicative about this in the starting when I got the quote. I had discarded some other providers because they told me upfront that they don't have the TRANE units, so I thought that Parker Bros had it. But sadly that was not the case. Overall though, the job was nicely done.
