She is one of the friendliest, sweetest dogs you could ever meet and has been to other groomers without ever having a bad experience. She usually enjoys going. This time was completely different. When I came back and asked how she was doing, I was told, "I don't know, I didn't touch her." That immediately concerned me. I could not even see my dog at first, and when I asked again, I was told she had been isolated because she was barking. When I finally saw her, she was in a small cage, shaking and clearly terrified. This is not normal behavior for her. As a dog owner, you know your dog, and something was clearly wrong. I calmly expressed that I did not appreciate how she was being handled and that something did not feel right. Later, instead of addressing my concerns, I received a message from the owner accusing me of being rude and telling me not to come back. I was not rude. I was concerned about my dog. I have taken her to multiple groomers, and she has never reacted like this. That alone tells me everything I need to know. I will never bring my dog back here and would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet's well being.

He's a big boy and also a big scaredy cat. He doesn't like the height of the tubs unfortunately but we had a staff member assist with picking him up and loading him into the tub...which was very kind!! Overall self wash is a decent enough price but I believe they have deals on certain days. Now on to the grooming... Had to use their grooming services last min because my usual groomer was completely booked! Dirty Dogs staff was extremely accommodating and communicative during the book process after I booked online. We happen to get Miss Megan and WE LOVE HER!! She was so great with my hairy girl and really took the time to get all the mats out!! She did really incredible work and I HIGHLY recommend going to her but all the groomers there are wonderful!

One of the reasons I originally chose this place was because of their branding around organic, thoughtful, and customer-friendly grooming care. It felt like they genuinely prioritized the well-being of the dogs and the experience for owners. That's why the new $25 "cage-free" charge doesn't sit right with me. This change was implemented April 1,2026. Not kenneling dogs after grooming shouldn't be treated like some kind of premium add-on--it should be part of standard, humane care. I would think that most customers aren't leaving their dogs there for half a day so this fee feels unnecessary and out of touch with how people actually use the service. It comes across less like an improvement in care and more like a way to tack on an extra charge under the guise of something that should already be included. For a brand that markets itself as being about quality and ethical grooming, this change feels inconsistent and, frankly, a bit disappointing. I really hope they reconsider this policy because it takes away from what made this place stand out in the first place.

I've been bringing my dog Panch to Monica since he was 3 years old--he's 8 now--and she's the only…read moreperson who can successfully groom my medium-sized, aggressive pom who doesn't take well to grooming. In the past, other groomers would call me mid-appointment to say they couldn't finish the haircut because he bites, though they'd usually manage to bathe him. I don't know how Monica does it, but she handles him with incredible skill and care. He always comes out looking great--clean, shaved down from his belly to his booty, with neatly trimmed nails and a clean overall cut. We're so grateful she's able to do something we simply can't manage at home (we can bathe him but he bites us when we give him a haircut too). Monica is a true pro, and we highly recommend her. She usually fits us in within the same week and is super consistent--Panch is always in and out in about 1 to 1.5 hours. A total lifesaver!

The lady who checked me in was super condescending and was not friendly at all. I didn't know my dogs didn't have the bordetella vaccine and she was so rude and talking down to me to "educate me" of the risk. I told her I'll go ahead with it as my dog doesn't go to dog parks and she further said "well he's exposed to dogs cause here we have all kinds of dogs" ... Probably should've just left but I wanted my dogs hair groomed. I showed her a picture of what haircut he has had. I wanted one of my dog's haircut in the past and this is what they gave me. They told me they could touch it up within 3 days for free and I asked what they could do and was told it's better I just grow it out. Disappointed that they didn't offer me a solution to how they could fix it and yet they are the "expert" and still charged me full price ... now my dog has a botched haircut. Definitely DO NOT go to them if you have a doodle/poodle. This is poor service and quality. Pictures say it all, you be the judge. They offer lots of different services for different kinds of dogs. My dog prefers to play with people than other dogs so we signed up for the solo play. I dropped off my pup and the transition in was done quickly. I had my pup here for 3 days and 2 nights. I had asked them in person and in my notes to send pictures and updates whenever they could. I didn't hear anything from them and I couldn't reach them until the last day when I called them. The person that answered the phone was able to send over a picture they took and let me know how he was doing so I felt relieved but it would've been nice if I was getting updates during his stay and if I could reach them before the day he was getting picked up. Besides this I would say that we had a good experience with them and I would have my pup stay here again if needed

I've even had an employee write "We love him!" on my dog's cleaning bill. The only thing that really was frustrating is that they're usually quite booked out, which can sometimes be difficult. But I'm happy for them that they're booked and busy. Will only go elsewhere if I'm really in a time-rush, but I have no reason not to bring my baby here :)
