The hot dogs came out barely warm and embarrassingly small. The chili was thin and watery, like it had been strained through a mop bucket, and the cheese tasted like it should have been thrown out days ago. For over ten bucks, I got two sad little hot dogs and a pile of mystery meat slop. You'd honestly get a better, more filling meal for a fraction of the price by grabbing whatever's been sitting on the rollers at a gas station. At least those have some substance. Service wasn't any better, just one guy watching videos on his phone until someone walked in, then tossing the order on the counter like he was doing me a favor. No effort, no care, no reason to ever come back. The only way Coney Island is worth it is if you're so drunk you can't taste a thing and your vision and judgment are so blurred you don't realize what you're spending.
