The staff here aren't the friendliest. The self-checkouts are always very minimally open, the store is a mess, and it's just a nightmare sometimes trying to get in and out. I asked for a refund for unpacking not done and removal of boxes/ wrapping debris and Alan never responded, not even a curtsey of a phone call after many requests. There up front staff was good other than the substitute packer. There shipping and follow-up was the worst we ever experienced after moving many times. We are retired senior citizens and were grossly abused by Allen. We are considering a lawsuit.
