I've just spent a considerable amount of money on not only a new king size mattress, but also the headboard as well as a bunk bed and your solution is to buy a piece of plywood? It's not only disappointing that you appear to be selling an inferior product, but also have a lack of customer service and empathy, which should be more appropriately called "customer disservice". One reason, my wife and I chose to purchase a mattress from a retail outlet as opposed to a mail order mattress is that we would have expected to receive support after the sale. Apparently that is not the policy of the Bed Boss company. It's also quite interesting that you have no problem delivering and setting up the mattress, but seem to be unwilling or unable to send a representative to examine the mattress at my residence. You must really have some super human powers, to be able to evaluate a mattress by just viewing a few pictures. My guess however, is that you do not have these powers and that you are really just pretending to play the role of a customer service representative while allowing the company to stuff cash in it's bank account. Your claim of not receiving my initial emails is bogus, since I have the emails that I sent, which indicates your are either incompetent, or a liar. This brings me to your advice of bringing the mattress to you for an inspection. How am I supposed to bring you the mattress? It is KING SIZE MATTRESS! Should I fold it up and place it in the trunk of my car? Maybe I should rent a truck, and drive the 86 miles from Crossville Tennessee to Chattanooga? Yes, that would be a great idea. To throw good money after bad, just so you don't strain yourself providing customer service. My wife has not had a good night's sleep for months, due to the defects in this mattress. She wakes up every morning with back and hip pain from whatever defect is beneath the padding. This situation has prompted me to research Bed Boss on the internet. I wish I had done this before purchasing your product. Do you know why? Guess. The general consensus of reviews, is not only that other unsuspecting customers are having issues with defective mattresses, there are even reviews that have said that the customer service representative, Chris, is totally WORTHLESS! Despite doing everything right, the mattress has completely broken down. Every night feels like we're sinking into a hole -- our bodies dip toward the center, and we have to roll to the edge just to get out of bed. It's not just uncomfortable anymore -- it's painful. When the technician came out on 9/26/25, he confirmed there was a defect and told us someone would contact us within 7-10 business days. That never happened. Weeks went by with no update. When I finally called Macy's on 10/17/25, I spoke with Daniella, who put me on hold multiple times. After waiting and waiting, she told me the claim was denied -- even though their own technician confirmed a problem! When I asked to speak with a manager, she said no one was available, wouldn't give me a name, and claimed all managers were on calls. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care has been beyond frustrating. We trusted Macy's because of their "No Worries" clause and 10-year warranty -- that trust was a huge mistake. They are not standing behind their products or their promises. We spent a significant amount of money expecting high quality service from a reputable company, but all we've gotten is a defective mattress and the runaround. Sleezy sales tricks and gimmicks that borderline fraud make Mattress Firm the worst customer…read moreservice I have ever experienced from any company. I regret wasting time buying mattresses from Mattress Firm.  I went into this store and was given pricing. The very next day I went back to purchase and was told that I had been given inaccurate pricing information. Off by hundreds of dollars on each bed. To compensate for botched pricing, the manager Sam said he would give me a deeply discounted "great deal" on an additional adjustable Tempurpedic bed. The day before it was delivered, Leslie swapped it out for a lower quality (and cheaper) adjustable base with terrible reviews.  I declined the lower quality adjustable base. I then had to repeatedly email and badger the store to give me a refund for the product that they weren't able to deliver. They said that they had refunded me, but when I asked when for a receipt, they would reply text that they were busy with other customers, or I would call during business hours and they wouldn't answer.   When this store did send receipts, it's wasn't in a text or email message or pdf or anything concrete, just a link back to their own server to an order they can change at any time. So I had to screenshot everything as they were constantly changing my order.  I initially was planning to just purchase them outright, but they told me about this "amazing 0% financing" that only takes one day to approve... Spoiler Alert: It took over 2 weeks and it isn't 0%, it's 30%. The delivery date was repeatedly moved while we slept on blow up mattresses and waited for the financing to be finalized. Then we had to wait for more mattresses to come into inventory, even though we had put down a deposit on our mattresses, they sold them anyway. I was told that since we hadn't paid in full yet, they could still sell the beds we ordered even though we gave them a deposit.  Finally the day the beds were supposed to be delivered, Mattress Firm messaged that morning to say that they misread their inventory and didn't have 1 of the mattresses in stock, but said they would deliver some of the other product.  The delivery time window came and went with no one showing up, no one calling. Finally I called the store and they said, "Oh, your delivery has been moved to tomorrow." No phone call. No explanation. I guess they just assumed that I had 2 days in a row to do nothing but sit at home and wait for a delivery.  They claimed that the truck broke down on it's way to me. I would assume that they could have gotten another truck, but at a minimum they could have called me to notify me that the delivery would not be happening that day, not just automatically reschedule the delivery while I'm still stuck at home waiting for them.  By the time we finally got all the mattresses and beds we had ordered, it was a month later than we had expected. Not because of supply chain problems outside of their control, but because of communication problems well within their control.  There is no accountability at this store. Sam and Leslie are a liability to the entire Mattress Firm brand as I will never buy from this company again. Every time something went wrong, they would blame the delivery people or the warehouse or the financing company or anyone but themselves.  I now understand why buying mattresses online has become so popular in recent years, I wish I had just ordered my beds online directly from the manufacturers and avoided this entire icky experience.  I do not recommend the Perimeter Expo Mattress Firm and I feel swindled for purchasing from this store. I regret walking into this store and am posting this review so that other people don't make the same mistake that I did. While this Mattress Firm is bad at customer service, they are excellent at excuses.  Have a blessed day.

We walked around the whole place looking at everything. They had tables, sofas, dressers, beds, chairs, and literally everything else! Obviously being a consignment store, this stuff is used, but it doesn't even look it at all. They had so many unique things inside. Upon reaching the end of our self-guided walk, we ran into Kimberly (I believe that's what her name was.) She was one of the workers, and gave us a run down on the store. She mentioned that the store gets a lot of new items quite often, and things get sold rather quickly! She also mentioned that items drop 10% every month I believe, with a max discount of 50% available. I thought this was pretty cool! Me and my wife are looking to furnish our new home, so this was nice to know. We will definitely be back in the future!
