So I texted the owner with the details of the most complicated of 4 items that I needed taken care of. All in all, probably a half day's work. The message was read about 3 hours after I sent it, but that didn't elicit a reply, not even a quick text to let me know that Roe's schedule is full and that they're not taking on new work.
