When I walked in the door there was one customer seated and no other customers in the store. Nobody acknowledged me, an employee was sitting behind the counter and did not even look up from her cell phone, the other employee saw me but did not acknowledge me, he went out the door after another customer, another employee came from the shop and at least made conversation, when the employee that went out the door after the other customer came back in, the other employee sitting there staring at the cell phone finally asked what I needed. Any basic lube technician should know better than to use anything other than high mileage. When I called in the guy told me he asked for full synthetic which he did not. They offered that to him and he figured they knew what they were doing so he went along with the suggestion. More like they took advantage and used the highest mark up. The guy actually offered to bring it back in to put high mileage in my car. Ridiculous. Didn't offer any other relief for the situation. First time, last time.
