Any basic lube technician should know better than to use anything other than high mileage. When I called in the guy told me he asked for full synthetic which he did not. They offered that to him and he figured they knew what they were doing so he went along with the suggestion. More like they took advantage and used the highest mark up. The guy actually offered to bring it back in to put high mileage in my car. Ridiculous. Didn't offer any other relief for the situation. First time, last time.
