He balanced the amazing array of services by speaking very quickly and clearly. He never got pushy as he presented options. He offered to polish my headlight lens as it was very faded. I was quite skeptical and he agreed to not charge me if I was not satisfied. I was very surprised and was happy to pay the $20 for the service. They have a 2 year warranty for that as well as the top off service. You may find a cheaper service but you won't find more professional service. That what will keep me coming back!

My husband and I have been doing business with Big O tires for over 20 years!…read more My husband had the tires rotated on my truck and i brought it back today to have it torqued. When I walked in the door there was one customer seated and no other customers in the store. Nobody acknowledged me, an employee was sitting behind the counter and did not even look up from her cell phone, the other employee saw me but did not acknowledge me, he went out the door after another customer, another employee came from the shop and at least made conversation, when the employee that went out the door after the other customer came back in, the other employee sitting there staring at the cell phone finally asked what I needed. Bullshit customer service! I cant think of one reason to come back to this business. Especially when there is a TJ Tires right next door.

Any basic lube technician should know better than to use anything other than high mileage. When I called in the guy told me he asked for full synthetic which he did not. They offered that to him and he figured they knew what they were doing so he went along with the suggestion. More like they took advantage and used the highest mark up.
