Under 3 month later we were back in with worn bushing on the new parts they installed. Understandable sometimes part are faulty... but they don't warranty their work so had to pay the install labor on warrantied parts. ???? So over 500 bucks later new drag link and aligment included. We make it half way home driving sloppy as hell. They forgot to tighten up the bolts!!!! And steering wheel is at 10 o'clock when driving strait....so what did I just pay for??? Got a we are sorry, fixed up and sent on our way.... unfortunately this experience has left us with no confidence in their quality of work or qualifications to do the work. I now have take it eleswhere to get thier work inspected due to this lack of confidence. Lesson learned only deal with shops that have the confidence in their work to warranty the install for as long as warranty on the part they are installing.

One of my vehicle was(2017 jeep GC) there to diagnoise for minor electrical glitch issue and they couldnt figured out but a week later they informed me my vehicle air suspension leaking and needs airline connector and quoted me around 250$ ...well im not happy because i just bought the vehicle 2weeks ago from a dealership (alberta) with fully inspection done also a week ago OPI done in kelowna without any issue. I went to shop and check my vehicle and the air suspension light is displaced on cluster and cant even hold air and not able to drive which has no issue when i bring in there. I explained them but get their disagreement. ut my vehicle on hoist to checl suspension system but next day when i explained about tire jack mode the manager said the never lifted the vehicle luckly i got witnesses and some evidence for both of thechs and manager words. Eventually next day i pickup the vehicle and im forced to pay 838.62$ and 156$ for original diagnoise fee so i made the my payment under protest. Today the lawyer told me the reach auto is NOT canadian BBB members and i have to go small claim. Watch out this shop. They will not honor their mistakes and will use lies at your face without hesitation. Now i m wasting my holiday time to dealing with the lawyer and documentation...

Your factory warranty expired in November 2021. It is always important that we discuss upfront how the repair process would go including costs associated when the manufacturer warranty has expired and in your case this has been for 2 1/2 years. The extended corrosion warranty has to do with corrosion rusting though body panels which for your BMW X5M is not the case. BMW Canada has a very good warranty and will stretch in many situations when it makes sense. Kelowna BMW's service team has been very diligent trying to work with you on your external water leak and will continue to work with you at your request. Delivering the news that someone's warranty has expired is not something that anyone on our team likes to have to discuss, that facts in this situation Scott are the facts. Cannot imagine having a major issue and this is who you are banking on to help you. My initial four year warranty was up but that is an odd story. The dealership had sold my suv previously to numerous buyers and kept their cash deposits. But the dealership also started the warranty as it sat in the showroom for many months, maybe well over a year? My suv bought in 2019 with currently 45km door was filling with water. Any one with common sense would estimate there is going to be corrosion on the bare metal and electrical. To the naked eye I can see corrosion as leather door card is warped and bubbling. I hoped the bmw 12 year rust and corrosion warranty could apply? The service manager in kelowna did explain to me I am wasting my time as Bmw would not warranty common issue. He also said I would be paying for the labor of warranty application? BMW never had a chance to "stretch" a warranty as it was not submitted due to kelowna Bmw talking me out of applying. The word diligent is used to asses my water damage. No one even left their seat to look at the obvious corrosion. If that's "diligence" or the "facts" I am confused. Kelowna Bmw almost soured me on Bmw as a brand. Fortunately for me, BMW Canada and other BMW dealers did not use the same tact as kelowna Bmw. It was an easy fix and all doors were done to be thorough. Ps, now I know why Kelowna has a high number of great German specific garages for after warranty service. Buyer beware!

The manager, a Mr. Harsh Singh insisted that not only did she need an oil change, he upsold her on a "fuel system flush," which consisted of them dumping a bottle of fuel conditioner in her tank and charging her 79 dollars for an item that I can purchase at my local auto supply store for no more than 10-20 dollars. This fine gentleman told her that the 79 dollars was half price. This vehicle has 34000 kilometers on the clock. Avoid this location and probably the company at all costs. They also refused to give my daughter a detailed invoice in an attempt to cover up their dishonest business practices.
