We got quotes from several other electricians in the area. All wanted to do a full rewire that included ripping up our plaster walls. Needless to say my wife & I weren't to thrilled with those ideas & cost (anywhere from $4000 - $10,000) We asked our roofer (who was doing the insulation) if he knew of anyone. He recommended Mike to us. We gave Mike a call & he came over to check things out. He was right on time. Looked around and said a full rewire is not needed. I was shocked. He said he would remove the knob & tube that was still live. As well as update some older wiring that was still safe. His quote was also well below the other guys. When it came time to do the actual work, Mike & his guy showed up right on time again & went straight to work. During this time we kept adding things for him to do (changing out all the ceiling fixtures, adding a bath fan, ceiling fan & additional outlets here & there). Never once did he show that it was to much work or was getting annoyed with us doing this. Once everything was said & done you couldn't tell that they were here. Except for the new outlets & fixtures. None of the walls were torn up. We ended up going over the original estimate due to the adding work we had him do. Which we expected. All in all if you are looking for a polite, knowledgeable, honest electrician give Mike a call. I know we will be when we redo our bathroom.

Iron Caz owner, Daniel, is a professional welder - he used to do welding on skyscrapers in San Francisco. Daniel can custom make just about anything out of metal! Iron Caz has almost completed a massive iron fencing, pillar, concrete slab, and gate project - in our yard and our neighbors yard. In the neighbors yard, they had to take down about 450 feet of a 3 foot high brick wall. They put in 8 cinder block/brick 7 foot pillars, added 600-700 feet of commercial grade iron fencing, four large concrete slabs reinforced with rebar, and a bunch of commercial grade LiftMaster automatic openers and iron gates. This project is massive and the quality of workmanship is superior. They have done a terrific job.
