He could've taken some shortcuts to speed it up and make more $, but instead was incredibly detail oriented and did everything properly. I'm a perfectionist to say the least, and have had multiple contractors come back to fix workmanship issues in the past. Mark truly is an old school craftsman, at a time when most contractors simply don't take pride in their work product. I am grateful I found Andy while looking for a local handyman here in Maple Valley. He answered the phone immediately and knocked out the tough questions to put my mind at ease. I wanted to replace the silicone seal in my master bedroom shower and also seal the grout as the mildew was becoming a weekly chore. Andy informed me that he was able to complete both services in the same day and quoted me reasonable prices on the phone. I was able to schedule the work a few days later. Andy arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. We could carry a conversation as if we'd known each other for years.
