Don't expect a call from Dan's Diesel when you have a problem. They don't even bother to respond.

Trusted service. Professional, Not one crack head in the whole place. And that's saying a lot for the diesel shops in this town.

After the job was completed, drove about 10 miles back home to park the RV until my next trip in May 2026. Of course, my pretrip includes tire pressures, wheel/tire conditions, etc. I departed May 2026 and got about 50 miles before an entire rear driver side wheel fell off the hub while driving down the interstate. Lost all 8 lug nuts. I found the wheel and returned it to the hub with replacement lug nuts and it came off again within 5 miles. I realized the studs were stripped, so I had to spend over $1000 for roadside repair to replace the brake drum/hub assembly that was originally installed new, and get new lug nuts again. Well, within 10 miles of that repair, the other, driver front tire, lost all 8 lugs and disappeared in the darkeness. I was only about 20 miles from a family members place, so I overnighted and the next day had to spend another $700 to buy a replacement rim/tire, brake drum/hub/bearing assembly, and lug nuts from a local trailer supply company. Needless to say I had the other side re-torqued and did not have any problems on the passenger side. Dont know if two different people were workimg on eqch side or it was good fortune. Upon seeing the original hubs and lug studs, I was told by them, that he has seen this prior and every time it was because of lugs not be properly tightened. I called Advantage to explain what happened and their response was, "what you want us to do about it?" I asked for some assistance with costs and they asked me to text them photos, which I did, and got the reply "Im on it. give us a minute", only to never hear from them again. I tried reaching out again, but no response. I suggest extreme caution if they are doing any repair work and, at this point, will not recommend them for anything.
