The guy drove like a bat out of hell, yelling at everyone in his path. He basically threw us out of the can. I told him he was a complete asshole and he said good I know I am. Not the first introduction your lovely city wants tourists to experience. We chose a cab over ride share to give back to the city, that didn't happen again the remainder of the trip.

I schedule to get picked up at 515 PM and am out on the curb waiting. 530 PM rolls by and no cab. I call the office. They say there was a computer error and that a car will get me in 5-10 mins. 540 rolls around, the driver calls me and says it will be another 10 mins. I tell the driver that the company has lost my business and that I'll find something else. I call an Uber and am waiting for it when inexplicably the driver who I told not to bother coming actually shows up when I no longer needed him. It just was the cherry on the incompetence sundae. The driver who came was nice and it wasn't at all his fault. It was entirely the dispatcher who did a unacceptable, incompetent, lousy, unprofessional, mess of a job. DONT USE THEM. Get an Uber, Lyft, Metro Cab, or friend
