In any event, I digress. Discount Tire has been my go-to place for many years for replacing and repairing my truck tires. They have always been available when I need them, have had exceptional customer service, and have great deals and warranty options. Being so close to the mass holiday exodus that happens every year at this time in Corpus, I was afraid I was not going to be taken care of properly and timely. That was not the case today! I called ahead, and their representative, Jonathan, had my back from beginning to end. He assured me they could get me in, get my tire replaced and have me on the road as I had originally planned. They didn't have the Michelin tires we needed in stock, but promised they could have them for us first thing Monday morning. No one could get the tires for us sooner than Tuesday, so we went back to Bañuelos. They ordered the tires and told us to come first thing Monday morning. The tires were in as promised, and they were able to accommodate our tall RV in their garage. Service performed was great and on time. Price paid including installation was competitive with the other shops. Felt better giving my business to a local independent shop rather than a big chain.
