Craig is a great guy, he is fair and good at what they do...I take all our cars to him for tires, brakes and suspension work

Ordered four tires and was not asked for a credit card to hold. Got the tires on in about 40 minutes and the waiting room was nice and clean. Craig was so nice and I really appreciated his t just and service. We don't go to anyone else. read more

I can not thank Craig and his team enough for their outstanding customer service and kindness as we were passing through Rockport yesterday. We experienced a flat tire on run flats at 5pm and had no spare. We called and asked if they could do a repair and they thankfully agreed to wait as we limped into the service station. Craig and his team were waiting for us like a pit crew during a nascar event! They couldn't repair the tire but did happen to have a used one they installed in minutes. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes! This could have been a terrible beginning to a great vacation but these guys were top notch! And so friendly! 10 stars if I could. read more

Excellent service at a fair price. Definitely my go to for tires and tire service. Highly recommend.

I got there at 8 o'clock in the morning ( which is when they open) for a vehicle inspection. I was told rudely "yeah tomorrow morning you will, I have 12 cars ahead of you". I found another place which was much easier. They're not the only game in town, never again. read more

I woke up this morning In Rockport, expecting to enjoy my first full day of vacation and instead I'm greeted with a flat tire on my Lexus. After looking around and asking people where we should go, I put the temporary spare on and went to Craig's. Craig met me outside his shop and said the tire would be ready after lunch. I went back at 1:00 and it still wasn't ready but hey! Some people have longer lunches than others. I did some running around and by 2:30 I was up and running again. Good prices, good work and I'm happy. If you ever need a flat fixed while in the Rockport/Fulton area I know just where To go to get it fixed, Craig's! read more

These guys are outstanding. They do my inspections they do my tires exceptional people to work with.

Helpful with vin inspection for out-of-state plates. We appreciate your help, Craig! We will use this location for tire services next time.

Company truck got a low pressure tire alert. We were 15 minutes away and losing air fast. Found this place on yelp and went as quick as we could . We got there and was told to park it in before we completely lose air. They got it in and it only took 30 minutes! I was hoping on waiting a little longer cause I was enjoying the magazines in their waiting room. Lol but over all a great experience and professionalism from them. No cons all pros. read more

Going on a cross country trip with short notice. Had to get tires rotated and everyone else in town had at least a 2-3 hour wait. Pulled in and they had a window to get it in and out. read more

I had two tires mounted for my golf cart. Service was prompt and friendly. Exactly what I needed and the price was very affordable. Good people. read more

These guys are the best. I had a nail in a tire and they got me in and out with a patch very quickly on a busy Monday morning. Been there several times over the years and the service is always top notch. Do business locally. Support the small businesses that provide outstanding service to our community. read more

Used to be good, but now sucks!!! Craig is too busy to care about the shoddy work, tire inspecctions done by his crew. Messy shop lately, poor attitudes from crew, can go on and on.... Shame this place went South Dont waste your time here.... read more

The man helped me out when he didn't have to; the sign read " no more inspections today", but he scheduled me in. Made time for me when I really needed it. A-Plus.! read more

Man they saved my fishing trip. Had a flat tire on the way to launch my boat and Craig's took care of it right away. I can't say enough about their fast action saving my first day on the water. read more

We thought we only had a flat, but we had more - rubber down to cord on two front tires! Craig didn't have them in stock, but he found them and they arrived in about an hour and a half. They installed them and we were on the road soon after. Craig handled many customers that day, all wanting service asap. He was gracious to all and took care of business. Rockport Strong, thanks Craig! read more

Don't know why anyone would go to a corporate tire shop with a place like this around. Quick service. Comparable prices. What else can you ask for! read more

Had a front end alignment done here. They put the vehicle on the rack so as to start working on it first thing next morning, and left the key 'on' all night, which ran the battery down. Of course they told me they put it on a charger before I arrived to pick it up. Drove it about three miles home, the next day it wouldn't start, "?" ! Turns out that the 'Fuse-able Link' was blown, and that cost me $500+ (parts & labor). Now, I can't prove they blew the 'Fusible Link', but everything was working fine for years before it went into their shop, and the vehicle was only drove maybe three miles home and maybe four miles the next days, then the battery was dead. And a fuse-able link is not something that goes out because of 'age'. To say the least, I won't be going back to Craig's for any auto repairs. I think Craig is a great guy, I just don't trust his shop foreman. read more

I love this Place.. It as as good as It gets. Craig is Always Present, and is Amazing. He sent a worker to Pick up my Car and I late One Afternoon . read more

My in-laws are from Rockport and they have been using Craig's for years so I thought I'd give it a shot. Craig is a great guy and him and his crew do an excellent job for a great price. I recently found out that they do oil changes and inspections and it made me so happy cos there really aren't many good places in town. You usually have to wait a while before your car goes in cos they are always busy but I think that is a good thing. read more

Busy place because of good service and fair prices. Be patient and you will be a happy customer!

Took my truck to Craig's for a slow leak in front tire. They removed the tire from truck, broke it down from the rim, patched it , re balanced the wheel and put it back on for 15 bucks. These people know their tire work and are very courteous & professional. Sadly, courtesy & professional service in Rockport is getting harder to find. read more

As a long time customer, I can attest to the quality of work, excellent prices and great service that is a standard at Craig's. Craig is a hands on owner and has always greeted me with a friendly smile. There normally is a wait time but you are always told ahead of time and they normally get the vehicle serviced when they say they will. Once I had a flat tire and got to Craig's 10 minutes after closing time. Craig was the only one there and he stayed and repaired my tire for me. I don't think that any other business would have done that. I will always use Craig's as long as I live in this area and refer others to his great business. Last but not least, most of his employees have worked for him for many years... read more
