I got it there and was told they'd get to it quickly as they could. I walked to the shopping center across the street, did a little shopping and went to grab lunch. Before I could start my sandwich, Danny called to say it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was informed there was another leak somewhere, but due to being extremely busy, I'd have to bring it back in. I drove a few miles and realized I didn't feel safe driving it 30 miles home. I called back and Danny told me he could have it towed the next morning. My husband wanted to take a look before we did that. He decided I had a leaky radiator. I called Black's and they told me to bring it back. This was the afternoon before Thanksgiving, and the waiting area was full. In a couple of hours, I got a call saying I needed the radiator replaced. The parts were ordered, and I got a call Saturday saying I was ready to go. I was impressed, considering they were closed on Thursday and had to wait for the parts delivery on Friday. I found the staff friendly, understanding and efficient. I dealt with three employees. Black's came highly recommended from a friend who uses them regularly for his vehicles. He also routinely worked with Black's when he was a supplier. Another friend used them and was pleased with how he was treated. Great, friendly, respected business.

They tell me it is the thermostat housing, replace it, charge $250. 3 months ago had a coolant leak that was much worse. coolant leaking faster than I could put it in. With my car there is a special warranty covering the water pump. They replaced it, then called me and said "your thermostat housing "fell apart", we had to replace it, it'll be $150." Wtf? Let me add that the so called replaced housing 3 years ago did NOT fix my leak, it was just a hose that needed replacing. The person who replaced the hose stated the thermostat housing appeared to be old, not a newly replaced one.
