The topper also arrived leaning to one side with a jagged cut and unfinished back, which was a little disappointing for a centerpiece. In fairness, Dorothy was prompt and polite throughout, and responded kindly when I shared my feedback. She explained she'd taken a more whimsical interpretation of the references and offered 10% off a future order. I appreciated the gesture, though it didn't quite address a piece that didn't match the brief. I've attached my references and the cake I received. For the price and the lead time, I'd hoped for something a little closer to what I sent, so I don't think I'd order again, but I wish her well.
