I have reported them to the BBB…read more I am fuming mad so I will stick to the facts: 1) Park Limo was hired by Amy Cooper and Chris McIntyre for their wedding which occurred on 10/22/2021. They hired them for one limousine that could carry 10 people at a time. I was the Man of Honor at this wedding 2) Park Limo call 10/22 (the day of the wedding) to confirm their services for 10/23 -- a day AFTER the wedding. The bride told them they messed up and that the wedding was that day. 3) Park Limo arrived late to pick the bridal party up with a limo that could only seat 5 -- half the number of guests which would require twice the amount of trips. 4) The bride had the groom speak to the limo service and let him know they would not be paying for extra time since the limo service messed up by only sending a limo that sat 5 people. 5) At the end of the service and right before cocktail hour, a friend/guest came up to me and told me there was a Palm Beach Sheriffs officer. 6) The officer said he was sent by the limo company to settle a dispute since the groom had stated that he refused to pay for their extra time 7) I brought the bride to her suite sobbing and shaking while the groom and the best man spoke to the sheriff about the situation and try to keep it out of view of the guests I request a full refund from Park Limo and a formal letter of apology to the McIntyres for not fulfilling their contract and for sending the police to interrupt the wedding when the blame falls solely on the company for breach of contract. This is my new go to car company in Palm Beach: Price was reasonable (no stupid 3 hour minimum) Dispatch was super responsive (even when I texted him super late at night) Great cars (no 90s Lincolns) They were always on time (even when we weren't) Everyone on our team said the drivers were absolutely awesome Oh, and at one point when I told him I had 9 people and needed 2 SUVs, he actually recommended that we switch to a limo van - cheaper & nicer! Who does that? Amazing! ...literally, I can't say enough good things about them! I'm a raving fan!
