She handled my aunt with care, and gave her a perfect self care day. Little to anyones knowledge 11/17/25 would be my aunts last day with us. My aunts words after she left from completing the service was "it felt so nice to feel normal for a little while again", and we smiled at the color she chose along with how pretty her nails looked. It's not an easy task to make someone feel "normal" in a hospital setting. She did a wonderful job accommodating, being kind, professional, and taking care of my aunt. There were only 2 technicians this night so I did wait a long time before I was serviced but it was fine. I really needed this. I had been sick and hadn't been for a pedicure in 2 months and I wasn't feeling myself and she fixed me right up. The shop could use some tidying up. There was polishes all over the places. The pedicure chairs are amazing, it worked the kinks in my shoulders out. Now my negative. I don't think technicians should be having loud conversations with customers on politics. To join in as a customer is expressing her dislike for America and how she's from Jamaica and they aren't like Americans. I felt like this was extremely offensive and inappropriate. I was so uncomfortable. I tried to drown out her cackling with my beats but I could still hear her mouth over the podcast.
