The tasting we did with Seth at their Templeton location gave us a good sense of what to expect and really drove home that we were working with a local team, and not a big corporate operation. Seth is a great chef and had good suggestions that fit in nicely with our vision of the evening, and the Mediterranean-style meal we were looking for. On the day of the wedding, the Pacific Harvest team was well prepared and did a great job executing. The appetizer boards and passed apps during our cocktail hour were delicious and very attractive, and as we moved into the evening the Pacific Harvest team also assigned one of their servers to make sure we got taken care of while the rest of the guests got their food.  They made sure all of our other vendors got a nice hot meal too, and our photographer said she's never been so well taken care of! As I mentioned earlier, we got fantastic feedback on the food, and we had a nice selection of options for vegetarians and vegans as well. We really wanted to have warm cookies as a dessert option, and the Pacific Harvest team was nice enough to bake and serve the cookie dough we ordered from a local bakery so that our warm cookies dreams came true!  We cannot recommend Pacific Harvest enough.
