It was, no question, worth the money and wait to get the right fit. I was lead to Ocean Drive Leather because I wasn't able to find a leather coat I liked. I had an approximate vision of what I wanted, and was finding it nowhere, not even close, and also I'm smaller than average so the right fit was tricky too. I was beginning to feel like I should just give up when someone in a clothing shop in Vancouver told me to try Ocean Drive Leather. Ocean Drive Leather was relatively new at the time. My experience both with customer service and quality is something I've always been grateful for. Thank you Darryl and Keith.

However, the…read morestore lost a star because there was another lady working in the store today who was hanging out in the back not dealing with customers. I waited until the kind gentleman was done with his 1st customer & then he helped me. As he was helping me another customer entered the store. As I was about to pay, the lady finally came to the front of the store, but only to tell the the male staff member to help the person who came in behind me & then she walked away again. I figured she must be the manager because she was telling her fellow employee what to do. So I asked her if she was the manager because I wanted to make a point of telling her how helpful her employee had been to me. She said she was not & then went back to her phonecall. This lady really soured an otherwise pleasant adventure to your establishment. I hope the actual manager will have a stern word with her about optics & customer perception.

The prices were very fair for the quality, every dress I tried on was under $200. When I was there I was the only person in the store, so I felt very comfortable when I was trying on dresses in front of the manager and my boyfriend. She was so sweet, very helpful and gave me heels to wear when I was looking in the mirror. She helped me chose my dress and was perfectly on the line between giving me time and space to decide, but also telling me how gorgeous the dresses looked. I felt no pressure to purchase, but when you try the right dress on, you know! She also had shoes in store that we very modestly priced, a cute pair of loafers only $40. Other, short dresses were more copious around the store, as well as jewelry and tops. I didn't have time to explore all the racks, but any upcoming occasion I have I will no doubt be returning here first. Cheapest prices, cutest, trendiest clothes and the sweetest girl running it all. Definitely recommend you giving this place a try. The only downside to this place is that it's not a chain, so if it's not on the racks it's not available, but I actually really like that. It adds to the uniqueness of the dress, especially for events such as graduation.
