Gave them 20 minutes then called. The office person who scheduled the call the previous day left a note to not send a wrecker until i called for it (even though i had a scheduled time). They demanded a credit card to secure the call which i find even more unprofessional considering they didn't even show up. I deal with wrecker services all over the US and Canada and this is by far the worst and possibly most incompetent customer service i have dealt with

They will steal your vehicle so they can make some quick cash. Crooks and thieves all the way around. And they act dumbfounded when confronted about it. Dishonest and disrespectful people. Watch out for your vehicle because they will steal it and act like they did something good.
