What's especially noteworthy is that Bill's company doesn't even service roof hatches. His primary focus is roofing, so he really didn't have to come back or take on this additional work. But he chose to help me out anyway. And that's the kind of person Bill is. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond, even when it's outside the scope of his business. Fantastic service all around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bill and his company!

I can't say enough good things about Bill White Roofing! Their customer service was absolutely…read moreamazing. They came out the same day, went up on the roof, and quickly identified a small hole that two other companies completely missed. Both of those companies quoted me around $2,500, saying I would need to remove fascia and gutters--without even inspecting the roof properly. Bill White Roofing was honest, straightforward, and saved me from unnecessary work and costs. It's so refreshing to deal with people who truly care about doing the right thing. I will absolutely be referring them to all of my neighbors and will continue to call them for any roofing needs in the future.

My parents' roof was leaking and I needed a roofer urgently…read more I found Hugh after spending a weekend searching for an honest, reliable roofing company. He came out the same day I called, got up on the roof, and showed me the old membrane along the parapet walls was peeling off, letting water in behind it. That explained the leak. Hugh was honest and easy to deal with, and answered all my questions over text. Once he saw how bad the roof was, he prioritized fitting me in earlier than usual. The job was done just 5 days after the inspection, even with a skylight that had to be special ordered. Jorge and his crew did the work. They showed up at 8:30am and worked until 7:20pm to finish in one day. Jorge was friendly and happy to answer questions, and even after such a long day they took time to inspect everything and cleaned up after themselves. They replaced the roofing, installed the new skylight, replaced the rear gutter, and removed the old barbed wire. Price was fair for the amount of work and how fast they got it done. Two weeks and some rain later, no leaks. Everything looks good, and it's a relief knowing my parents don't have to worry every time it rains. Thanks Hugh, Jorge, and the crew!

My husband and I experienced a very unexpected and unpleasant leak in our bedroom. William & Hugh…read morewere quick to respond, clear about the process to repair, and gave us a very fair price. We had been given an estimate almost 10 times as high as theirs by another roofer. They fixed slates on our roof and we have not had any leaking since then - it has been a couple years and no problems whatsover. Kind, responsive, honest, and quick to do the work: It feels like that combination of things impossible to find these days, but William & Hugh are a great team.

I was never rushed or meant to feel pressured to e-sign on the dotted line in any way. Everyone was great starting with Sunny to Linda & Katie in the home office who took care of all scheduling and notifications, Field Supervisor, Ray, who put my mind at ease when I had a million questions and finally Ramon, Aldrin & Joel who exceeded my expectations to insure the arduous back-breaking work over a 3 day period was perfect and on-point. Everyone treated my house and this project as their own so for that, I am forever grateful to this entire team. No detail was too small or problematic. I will definitely be recommending Groundworks and their phenomenal team to all my family, friends and neighbors. Thanks so much!

Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Disrespectful of Customers' Time…read more I scheduled an appointment with this company and took an entire day off from work specifically to accommodate their visit. On top of that, I spent an additional entire weekend preparing everything for their arrival so the work could be completed as scheduled. Day of work was confirmed. At 8:00 a.m. on the morning they were supposed to arrive, they canceled the appointment. Not days in advance. Not even the night before. They waited until the morning of the scheduled appointment to inform me they wouldn't be coming. They followed up with 3 variable stories from being overbooked to an ER visit for reasons why they cancelled. I lost day of work, an entire weekend of preparation wasted, and absolutely nothing accomplished. Canceling an appointment at 8:00 a.m. might be convenient for them, but it's incredibly disrespectful to customers who have rearranged their lives and invested considerable time preparing. It's a complete lack of professionalism and total waste of my time. Take your business elsewhere. Find a company that values your time, honors its commitments, and understands that professionalism means more than simply putting a date on a calendar.

After living in our apartment without any issues for years, the brick wall in our bedroom suddenly…read morestarted to let in a strange smell through the many cracks and tiny holes. The brick wall is directly against the wall of a neighboring high-rise building, so we did not have a lot of flexibility as to what we were allowed to do. We could not re-point the entire wall, so Ahmed selectively scraped around all of the holes and refilled them with new mortar. Another challenge was that we had no idea what the brick wall had originally been sealed with over twenty years ago. So Ahmed tested a couple of nontoxic sealers on the wall to see what would work. Then he sealed the wall with two thick coats, letting the first coat dry for over 24 hours before putting on the second coat. There were a lot of challenges with this project and Ahmed listened to our concerns and provided us with solutions for our particular situation. He was kind, calm, polite, and communicative, always texting to confirm appointments and letting us know when he was en route. He worked quickly and diligently and was a stickler for quality and precision. It was a pleasure working with him. We will not hesitate to hire Ahmed again in the future, and I would highly recommend him to everyone!

As a security company, we work with many contractors and job sites, and it's immediately noticeable when a company operates at a higher level -- Innovation definitely does. Their team was professional, organized, and respectful throughout the entire project. We were responsible for protecting a multi-million dollar property, expensive construction equipment, and ensuring the site remained secure overnight. Thanks to the way Innovation runs their projects, our personnel had zero issues conducting patrols and maintaining site security. One thing that really stood out was the housekeeping and overall site organization. The job site was kept extremely neat, which made patrol operations smooth and safe for our guards. Their workers were also highly professional, clearly experienced, and appeared to follow proper safety practices at all times. It's refreshing to work alongside a contractor that takes pride in both their workmanship and how they manage their sites.
