I called the store directly for a follow-up, only to be told they had never actually made my ring. They offered a return and a gift as a resolution. I waited for the refund -- and again, no communication. No email, no confirmation, no follow-up. The refund eventually came through, but only after I had to chase it down myself. After more than a month of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and zero proactive communication, I was left with no ring and a very poor impression of how online customers are treated. In-store customers may have a different experience, but as an online buyer, I felt completely overlooked at every step of this process.
