First of all, the hosts were amazing. Fun, excited and friendly. None of my review is about them. I wrote a lengthy email to the corporate office. Not pleased with response. The cost of the trip was absolutely overpriced! 4 nights and transportation and tours are not worth almost 4k. Not including airfare. Logistics: great to meet at a hotel near the airport. The van squeezed in 14 older women. The van did not accommodate well. There was no step so people were literally shoving us up by the bootie. Accommodations. The "plantation" was being renovated which they knew about. No upgrades to our rooms, no real "beach" and no amenities. The hotel was a joke and we could have gotten rooms for $160 a night on our own. Food. In general the food was good. Breakfast was worse than convention food. Dinners were hit and miss. A few great ones, others were shared appetizers and fried food. Greek lunch was great! Activities. No shuffleboard, no congregating area or bar at the hotel. Sponge boat ride was freezing cold and fairly uneventful. No real diver as described. It's really too bad because I wanted to like the premise of the trips and company. I do not travel to meet people but if that happens, great. I am not alone in this review. Most of the ladies mentioned that this was not up to BBs standards. Also very disappointed in their reaction and follow-up. Basically nothing. Save your money and do a girls trip on your own.

We show up on time, and their internet service is down. Okay we're good sports, so we sign up for a membership for $19.90. The agent is trying to show us this trip itinerary by scrolling through it on her cell phone. Complete garbage. My wife had questions and gina was supposed to reply via email. Replied late, didn't answer questions and was basically worthless. I go to the location the following week and a explain to tiffani that we want a refund for our membership due to the poor service. She says okay let me take your contact information, and I'll have my manager reach out to you. Gave her cell #, email - got not communication. After 5 days I call the office- Tiffani not in. Okay, 2/4/26, my second visit to the office 7 days after initial contact with tiffany. Speak to matt about the situation, matt searches computer 30 minutes, finally prints a cancellation of membership- says I should have refund in 3-4 days, which of course was complete BS. Okay fast forward to 2/13 my wife calls their office on the phone for 30 minutes as matt and tiffany play games - matt said a manager is looking into it after 6 minutes, my wife asked matt who is the manager- 12 minutes on hold sent her to voicemail, then matt said a manager would call back soon. Zero! I get home from work go up to the aaa office. There they are tiffany and Matt. I asked them when will receive our refund. Oh, it was a special deal we don't know if you will. Then tiffany starts to argue with me. Listen to me, do not use this office they are lairs and thieves. I can't believe this rip-off; office is still open. Buyer beware. Next step dispute cc charge.

I booked what was supposed to be an all inclusive resort to Jamaica. This Christmas getaway was for…read moretwo adults (mom and 21 year old daughter). It was clearly a family hotel. We were expecting entertainment/festivities for our age group for Christmas. I did communicate this with our travel agent Leslie Howard from Luxevo Vacations that we wanted a fun adult resort. There was family entertainment some evenings for children. My daughter and I proceeded to leave the hotel looking for entertainment (dancing). We learned very quickly it is not safe for two women to leave. At the gate upon exiting we were approached immediately by questionable individuals. We refrained from looking for entertainment outside the hotel to be safe. The beach was located across the street. We had access to a bath towel. We need to pay for a chaise lounge and umbrella. We had no inclusive options like water to hydrate. Other places had services on the beach for drinks with service delivered on the beach. They also had beach towels with headrest on the chaise lounge. Available drinks in hut bar for their patrons. This is not an all-inclusive vacation. The food was the worst. An all inclusive would at least give you two or three options to eat. You had to eat with limited hours. There was only one option to eat everyday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was the same food everyday! Snack bar limited (late opening up). The cafe - really limited. Food was terrible, for a resort, it was a hotel. I communicated about Nexus at the hotel. No one on site to schedule pick up. I had to contact my travel agent Leslie to get picked up. The hotel staff offered that I could pay $15.00 for transportation. On Leslie Howard's profile she writes, "I specialize in All-Inclusive Vacation Packages.", and that she says, "Let me be the one to do the intricate legwork, while you sit back relax and dream about your next vacation." Contacted her the second day to say how this is not what we wanted. Most money I've spent. I wanted a resort with nightlife, entertainment, and an all-inclusive amenities. Instead it was just a hotel with nothing to do but the beach. But as stated before you can't the day at the beach because the drinks are not included at the resort on the beach. Beach is also across the street, and you're not allowed to bring drinks over. No privileges to other resorts. She's never tried to reach out and rectify any kind of solution. I paid $4,470 for a hotel with no entertainment, and limited food. I have done all-inclusive vacations before and never have had an experience like this.
