I was charged $900 for the flipper and $400 for a temporary. The temporary was HORRIBLE. I was refunded for the temporary and had to wait 3 weeks without a tooth for the flipper. The flipper came, it was HUGE and did not fit so it was sent back & returned in another 2 weeks.. the second flipper came, and was TOO small & very thin... I was told to try it out and come back if need be. Less than a month later it snapped in half so I came back in, and another flipped was re-ordered. A month later still no flipper. The office told me it was the company they outsourced to that was taking a long time.. 2 months later, 3 months , 4 months later STILL NO FLIPPER. I was told they switched companies to "glide well" to make the piece for me.. 5 months later still no flipper.. I've called multiple times to speak with the Dr. Yo and have been told she's always busy all of a sudden...I decided to go with another company and I asked for a refund . I was told that if I got a refund they would charge me for the chair time , and I've been back and forth multiple times .. Here we are in January 2026, I have still not received my flipper or a refund . It's been 9 months still I've paid for a service I have not received ... i will be back with an update .
