They do have a large selection of colors. First technician assigned to me was great. She was really good at the leg massage and scrub. However, then I was assigned someone else to finish my services. (Apparently she had an appointment). My nail painting for pedicure felt a little rough. Next, for my no chip manicure they didn't soak off previous polish that long. It was a little painful to remove. My nail polish started chipping on day 6. I would return for a pedicure. However, manicure was a little rough for me.

The first staff that greeted me barely looked up from her phone. I'm used to being told to pick a color at nail salon prior to sitting down in pedicure chair. The woman was halfway through my pedicure before having me pick my color. I felt that my services were extremely slow. I was there about an hour and a half for a regular pedicure and no chip manicure. The services were not relaxing. I am also not a fan of salons that have one service provided by one technician and another service by different technician. My no chip started chipping at 9 days. Just an ok experience.

I have made two visits to this salon…read more 1) Basic no chip with Mimi. Totally fine. Lasted about ten days without lifting. Good service. Seemed skilled. I'd come back. 2) Returned for dip with tips. Showed a specific shape of oval with a shorter length. Color was standard with chrome. Saw Mimi. Long story short- the end product was worthy of a Facebook page that highlights worst nails ever. I felt horrible because it was evident that the technician is not capable of filing or completing a set of nails like this. My nails were very long and narrow (nothing like the photo) and were filed so horribly that my natural nail was poking out of each nail by 2-4 millimeters on each side. They were visible and obvious with the naked eye. The color was nothing like I requested, even though she insisted it was the name and number of the color provided to her. I stopped her several times throughout the service, to which she replied "I fix"-- and filed as hard and quickly as she could. Finally, I stopped her and asked for a manager. At this point- removing the nails was what needed to occur. She filed so roughly, I was not going to continue the service. A male employee brought a bowl of acetone and requested me to soak my hands. My fingers were absolutely burning. The technician removed the nails and left my fingers covered in sticky gel pieces. Upon leaving, I approached the owner who actually cleaned my fingers and gave my cuticle oil. No apology. Nobody attempted to have a conversation about what went wrong. I'm convinced they are staffing nail techs that are not licensed. No tech would create the mess she did & handle it so unprofessionally.
