Daniel was recommended by one of my high school friends, who is also a realtor. My wife and I started working with him to buy a house in 2022, and we finally settled in June 2024. During our house-hunting journey, he helped us submit no fewer than 50 offers. Most of the time, we were almost always the second- or third-highest bidder. I give Daniel Ripper three stars, I did not use him to sell my house, but I did interview him when he came to the house. He had a little bit of a snooty attitude as if my house wasn't worth his time. He brought me his generic, albeit very nice, bound book about his real estate brokerage. But I definitely had the feeling he was looking down his nose at me or the house, or both, I couldn't tell. Some time later he emailed me asking how much my house was going on the market for. I thought that was pretty nosy. Shes very particular in what she wants and needed a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. Daniel was not only patience with her as she rejected several options and was very hesitant to make the first bid. He reassured her that he would make sure the process would be smooth and he would be there every step of the way.
