I stopped in on my way by and left a message with the receptionist. I received a call back later in the day from Dan Readyoff . I told him what my situation is and he responded to me in a extremely rude and unprofessional manner. I guess his apple didn't fall far from the Allingham Tree.

This lawyer seemed very sympathetic initially on the phone, proceeded to reassure us, bring us al the way down from Torrington knowing we were missing work, and seemed very certain we had a good case. He assured us several times he would help us, partially because of being referred by a contact of his, and even held to it when we established our challenges with the breed of our dog even though she didn't fight back. We left his office very disappointed. At the time we were able to have him review the reports, he gave us a call saying he got the reports, that he couldn't navigate through the difficulties, and that the people claiming our dog attacked their dog have three years within the statutes of limitations to see that through. He did not seem to know his information very well because every time we spoke, he said something different. I finally received a template letter stating he could not represent us or defend us in our case and that we should seek consultation with another attorney. After all of that. Don't waste your time! The attorney we DID consult after him, won our cases and protected us. Imagine that.   Eight years later, this quack is bold enough to leave a comment stating my dog did all the damage haha that's why my husband ended up in the hospital having his arm and finger sewn back together after that little sheltie bit its own owner in the face... What a wet match in a dark cave of an ambulance chaser.
