I called this law firm to ask questions about starting a business. The lawyer I spoke with, Mr…read more Goldman, spent 20 minutes bad-mouthing the local hospital. My question was answered by him that what I had in mind was not possible. That took about 5 minutes. I got up to leave, and he sat me down (my mistake) to talk nonsense for another 10 minutes. I then got up to leave. Asking whom I pay, he directed me back into the office and told me that my 5 minutes of consultation (the rest being his wasting time) was going to be billed at the hourly rate of $400. Later that day, this same man had the nerve to leave me a message saying his colleagues had come up with a way to do what he said couldn't be done and that I should come back in. Does that mean he gives me back my $400 as he is not as competent as his colleagues or does it mean they think they have a fool they can bilk for more time. This is what gives lawyers a bad name.

If there were an option to select zero stars, I would have selected that. I had a horrible…read moreexperience with this firm during the sale of my home. Each time I called or emailed to ask a question, I was met with an attitude that my call/email was a burden. They were consistently slow to respond throughout the process and I believe the sale of my home could have closed at least 15 days earlier if they had provided more timely support. This ended up costing me additional money to pay utilities, insurance, etc. But what really irked me and why I'm writing this review is because I sent three requests to get a copy of the closing documents for my records. I received no reply to any of my requests. The last email I sent was to Donald Rossi and Michael Liguori - they didn't even have the professional courtesy to respond. How difficult is to open an email, attach a document and press "send"? Their website advertises that "Our team has the expertise to guide you through any transaction with our unwavering attention to detail and commitment to excellence, we strive to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible." I've heard many people say that selling and buying a home is one of the more stressful life events. If you want to make the sale of your home even more stressful, then this firm is for you.
