Firstly, they accept Eyemed insurance. I was fully covered on my purchase! Secondly, the customer service is terrific! I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia, who was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me hone in on the perfect eyeglasses. I was also able to find a great pair of Gucci sunglasses, which EyeCare was able to get my prescription in as well. This highlights what I really like about the EyeCare location: it looks like it is very small and doesn't have a great selection of frames -- but they actually have a great selection of mid to high-end glasses! I was surprised to find Boss as well as Gucci and several other designer brands. I received a great deal on the lenses/frames, and have decided I will be headed back to this location in the future. The customer service is top-notch, and their lab did a terrific job on all three pair I got from them. If you are on the fence, call in and set up an appointment to try on some frames. AND NEVER ONCE did she say I was not covered. I called my insurance after and they said. "They lied to you ... they are not in network. I'm sorry they mislead you." Either way folks,... Nothing screams "Bad Faith Business" than that... there has been a change in this place. It's not the same,... I needed dual focal contacts last year and she worked with me several times to find the right combination. Their optician, Alejandro, super friendly and knows what he's doing. Great customer service. He was willing to price out several pairs of frames for me so I could decide on how best to use my insurance benefits. No hard upsell like at other places.
