He then did a second procedure a few weeks later. he told me that he does back to back procedures all of the time. After my tummy tuck my incision opened while I was still in the hospital when the nurse tried to get me out of bed. Dr Chau told the nurse he was out to eat and it wouldn't be until the end of the day that he came and he did not believe my incision opened because that doesn't happen. He finally got to the hospital and found it was open. He sewed me close in the hospital room in a non stream environment. My healing process was absolutely terrible. I have photos of my infection growing that my husband would send dr Chau and he would say "it's normal". My whole back ending up opening again at home due to the infection. I went septic before dr Chau would see me. I ended up having to go to the ER and have a surgery to scrape out infection and close me back. My stomach is crooked, my belly button is crooked and half of it hangs, my boobs are different sizes and definitely nowhere near what I wanted. I wouldn't trust dr Chau to work on my worst enemy. I beg you to go somewhere else. This man should not have a practice.

Instead of offering the agreed-upon laser treatment to address the issues, I was told to go to a dermatologist--leaving me with unresolved damage and no accountability for the harm done. The treatments destroyed my skin, causing severe damage that left me with the damage--severe painful cystic acne covering my face scarring, texture changes, extreme dryness, compromised skin barrier everything burns, physical and emotional pain. I trusted their expertise and was hoping for a solution, but not only did I not get the promised refund or treatment, but I also feel misled and disrespected by the lack of follow-through and the poor outcome.
