He calls at least once a year to discuss ways to lower our rates. To make sure that we have the correct coverage for our needs, and he calls just to tell us when our rates go down. He is one of the most honest and kind people. All the people that work in the office are amazing and kind. They are always helpful and they get things done quickly. Very quickly. He made tons of excuses about contacting me, and could hardly do one task a day even with me calling his office every hour. I contacted another insurance agent and they were able to get me two quotes in a single day and check on the supposed status of my quote that Ben had started. Unprofessional and over all lazy. Don't make the mistake of contacting this place.
