Joe Peterson insurance might have great prices initially but when you need them the most they are…read morenot there! They will raise rates and even drop you if you have a young driver who has their first fender bender, leaving you out in the cold! You are required in the state of Washington to have auto insurance however, if you're a minor you cannot get it on your own. Therefore as a family with a young driver who had a minor accident, PEMCO will exclude them from the policy immediately, requiring your entire family to look for a new insurance company, even if you've been with them for over 20 years!! It's sad when bottom line drives a business even after paying tens of thousands of dollars over the years and are basically claim free!! So if you have a family with young children that will be driving soon, or are planning to start a family, don't use PEMCO insurance . Go to a reputable company such as AAA or Nationwide who will support you even when your child has a minor accident.
