Absolutely atrocious insurance agency. I worked with Ben Moreno, I had a time sensitivity issue and…read morehe could not get me a quote in 2 weeks time. He made tons of excuses about contacting me, and could hardly do one task a day even with me calling his office every hour. Per the "norm" the driver had no license on her and no insurance. Upon seeking the necessary help from my insurance company, they found the previous agent had set my car up as a 2nd motorcycle to which my coverages were not even close to what they should have been and were with the previous company. His office and Tawnee in particular really stepped up and assured me everything would be taken care of. As a result i added renters insuarance and personal asset protection as well. The fact that they are taking a direct hand with this speaks volumes as it wasn't their error to begin with and I truly appreciate it and that will no doubt keep me as a client for a long time.
