I saw the house for rent on their website and asked to see the house. Never got the answer from them. Texted again - no answer. Just out of curiosity I looked now and that house is still available for rent. Don't understand why they called me, emailed me with the form to sign and then disappeared. We moved on, found another agent, and now we decided to actually buy a house instead of renting it. But not with this agency.

I hired…read morethem to do my land survey and initially gave them (the workers) a positive review for being prompt and courteous. I didn't realize that the survey might be incorrect until the builder next door built his foundation encroaching on my land. After looking closely at the survey, I saw what appeared to be a mistake. I sent them an email to that effect, asking them how they arrived at their conclusions. I was rudely told that the surveyors are intelligent and know what they're doing. I responded that if I am diagnosed with a disease, I want to see my biopsy and blood results, and still want to know how the diagnosis was arrived at, in spite of the fact that the doctor is very intelligent. I asked again and asked if the historical records for the house, which is 100 years old, were accessed and, if so, how I could access them. I was then told that I didn't pay enough to get that information (I was charged the typical fee for a survey... not less than any other quote I received). I asked how much they would charge to come back and redo the survey just on the side of the house in question. I was given a price of $250. When I agreed to the price, there was dead silence. No response. I let them know again that I was interested but they did not respond.
