I called the office yesterday due my Husband being in pain. We were able to get in with Dr. González first thing this morning. Very nice Doctor. Professional and quickly was able to figure out the reasoning behind the pain. He was out of there within the hour with a referral in hand. Thank you Dr. González we will be back!!! read more

Thanks Rachel, Dr. Elbert and staff. You are true professionals and I'm grateful to entrust my family's dental health in your capable hands.

Dr Elbert and his team are amazing!! The hygienists are super friendly and great at making my teeth shine!! They've repaired some bad work I had earlier and I couldn't be happier! read more

My wife and I found Dr. Elbert's practice a little over 6 months ago and I wish we would have come sooner! The staff is super friendly. We normally see Yvette and she is AWESOME! She's so personable and keeps me distracted while getting my teeth cleaned! Alicia, who works up front always greets me by name (with as many people as they see between my visits, it's very impressive). Dr. Elbert is great, I had a lot of work done after my first visit and he got everything done very timely with a tight schedule at the end of the year. Also, they have a beautiful office! Couldn't imagine ever going to another dentist! Love this place! read more

Like everyone else on earth, I had concerns about the Covid virus but I also had concerns about continuing with my necessary dental procedures which had been delayed because of Covid. When Dr. Elbert's office called to set-up an appointment, I trusted them to take every precaution possible and they did. Starting with responding to their email check list through the entire Covid prevention procedure, I felt safe and knew it was okay. As I was leaving the office, it struck me that Dr, Elbert's staff including the doctors were being very selfless to begin taking on patients. They are more at risk from us than we are from them! Leave it to Dr. Elbert to cover all the bases in caring for his patients. read more

I've only met with the good Dr, Elbert once. I have been here 3 times in the last year, all work completed by Dr. Polao (sp?) and a very nice hygienist who's name I seem to keep forgetting. Being a very fearful patient, they did everything to make sure I was completely comfortable and it's turned out great. They use state of the art equipment, and go over your X-rays in detail so you know exactly what they want to work on, and why. For someone who has a serious fear of going to the dentist, they have done a great job of making me feel safe and the results are noticeable. Parking is pretty plentiful, the dentist is located in an office building on Avenida de Los Arboles off of Moorpark Road. Nice staff. read more

Going to the dentist is definitely not my favorite thing to do but Dr. Daniel made it super easy super painless and enjoyable, he's friendly staff and great environment is ideal. I recently got two fillings And I was in and out of there quickly and painlessly I definitely recommend Dr. E. and his staff read more

Elizabeth Simeri is the best Dental Hygienists, she is so professional, detail and explaining all I asked questions! Highly recommend!!!

Everybody is really nice and polite. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

I couldn't recommend Dr. Elbert and this location more. I experience high anxiety regarding dentist visits and Dr. Elbert along with his staff went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. This is certainly my new dentist. Thank you to all who helped me out! read more

Dr. Elbert and the crew always laugh when I come in because they know how much I hate going to the dentist for any reason (I hate the sound of that drill the most OMG, why can't they invent something quieter!!)? I have been a patient ever since he took over the practice there in T.O/Westlake and there has never been a time when I wasn't satisfied when I left. The entire staff is A1 starting with the people in the front to the people in the back. The hygienists are the best, they make you feel like you are a part of the family. The people in the front are always helpful and knowledgeable. Although, I really hate going to the dentist, when I go to Dr. Elbert, I know I am getting the best care possible! In my mind, if I get those dreaded 6 month check-ups, I can prolong having to listen to that drill!!! Most sincerely, CW read more

Went in first time for a routine check up and had such a great experience. The staff was super friendly. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and have had painful dentist trips in the past, but Rachel was my hygienist and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. She was very knowledgeable and good at what she does. Dr. Daniel also seemed very honest with his examination on me. :) read more

Another great cleaning, but this time by Jen. She was awesome....very professional, personable, & it didn't hurt! Thanks for your care & great work! read more

Felt the service and care was very commercial and not centered around patients needs. I am not satisfied with the doctor to have personal attention to patients complaints read more

Dr. Elbert is very nice, he doesn't keep you waiting long and is very easy to understand when he is describing what is going on with your teeth. The office is very cute and decorated nice and modern. They offer water and coffee while you wait but ive never waited longer than 2 minutes. They also gave me a free toothbrush my first visit (with Dr. Elbert name on it, pretty freakin cool) Everything is great here but the real jewels of this establishment are the rest of the staff. The dental hygienists that I have encountered on both, my visit and my husband's visit are AMAZING! Super engaging, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I don't know if you can request specific people but if you can pick Yvette!! I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of her!!! read more

This office staffs the nicest people. They know what they are doing and they do everything well. The teeth cleaning are comfortable and great. I have had some crowns that were needed due to cracking of teeth from old fillings ( from other offices many years ago) and it had been a painless process. Dr. Elbert makes sure the fit is exact. I have never looked forward to cleanings before and I am not afraid of any dental work done by this office. I recommend them highly. read more

I had a cracked crown and called to see if I could get in for a quick fix because I was afraid it would completely break while eating dinner. They said come over now and within 10 minutes I was out and fixed. Such a great team. Can't wait to go back and put my new crown on with these wonderful friendly team of experts. Thank you so much. read more

Dr. Elbert and his staff are all extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I became a patient when I lived in the area but have since moved about 35 miles away. Despite the (extremely long) drive, I still choose to come here! I've been a patient at 4 different clinics around Agoura Hills/Thousand Oaks, and Dr. Elbert's is the best by far. Not only have I never felt as if I'm being charged for anything unnecessarily, but Dr. Elbert, the hygienists and the receptionists are all very attentive and make me feel extremely comfortable. I even referred my boyfriend here, and he also makes the drive up just because Dr. Elbert is such a great dentist. We highly recommend him! read more

Yvette was an awesome dental hygienist! She gives a thorough dental cleaning. This dentist uses state of the art equipment. They can fabricate a crown within an 1-2 hours and it will fit perfectly. It's pretty kool! Dr. Elbert is compassionate and takes pride in his practice. I like the fact they go over your insurance benefits so you now exactly what's covered and don't have to worry about getting a surprise later. Amazingly he is in network with most insurances. They will also check to see if your insurance will cover 3 normal cleanings a year. found out my insurance does. Would definitely recommend going here. They aim to please! read more

My husband and I love Dr. Elbert. He is the kindest, most considerate and best dentist either one of us has ever had. The staff is always terrific and efficient. Ten stars for this office would not be enough. read more

Ok, first and foremost, I need to start this off by saying that this is the best staff/doctor/office i've ever been to in my 33 years of life. I'm not just talking about dentists.....I mean in general. The pain level I'd come to expect from various dental procedures is practically nothing here. How do you make a Novocain shot not hurt? They figured it out. I was made to wait a bit one time and they felt so bad they gave me a starbucks card. Seriously? Most people are so resentful towards what they deem as impatience that they wont even give you an apology. Not this office. They are kind, compassionate and a fun loving group of people. Everyone in the damned office is way too attractive, it's almost funny, haha. Where did this team come from? Heaven, that's where. Dr Elbert is a G. The guy is the mac daddy of dentists. If i was an orphan, I'd want him to be my dad. FINAL PIECE OF KNOWLEDGE: Yvette Antrum. This woman is an angel. She is SO damned kind and genuinely made me feel cared for. Im at the dentist....why is that even a thing? haha. They go the extra mile here....that's the point, right? I'd go grab a beer and some fries with Yvette, she is THAT cool. If she is doing your cleaning, just know you've lucked out. Thanks team. Ya'll the real mvp's. read more

Dr. Elbert is an outstanding dentist and his staff is second to none. I recently made up my mind to return to a dentist (any dentist) after a 7+ year absence and sadly, I chose a different dentist for my initial consultation. 90 painful minutes later (seriously, how do you make X-Rays painful?), this other dentist presented me with a worksheet of "to-do's" and a $9,000+ tab... That hurt more than the consult. So, I sucked it up, took some advice and a recommendation from my mom, and decided to give Dr. Elbert the chance of a second opinion. The best decision I have ever made. After an initial cleaning and painless X-Ray set, Dr. Elbert reviewed the "To-Do" list with me and did make some agreements to the previous dentist's suggestions, as well as a much better attack plan. Hey, I've been away for 7 years, I didn't expect my teeth or gums to be magically healthy. So, we decided on doing all of the work, made use of my insurance and some of Dr. Elbert's good will, and 3 weeks later, I'm the proud owner of some much healthier teeth. Knowing this and the fact that I still have a somewhat tough road to still climb, I have found my dentist for life. I could not recommend Dr. Elbert any more than I already have, but I will certainly try. If you're unhappy with your current dentist, if you're paying too much, if you're nervous or anxious, or if you just want a calm, cool guy to talk to and a staff that always puts you at ease... Come switch to Dr. Elbert. I promise you will be nothing but impressed and appreciative. read more
