They are incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel confident and cared for. As a mom, I'm especially grateful for how amazing they are with my little girls. Dentist visits can be scary for kids, but the staff at Skyline Dental is so patient and kind. When it comes to the medical field I usually encounter crunchy ass burnt out staff with attitude. Not these ladies they are truly the sweetest! Dr. Mondavi is amazing. This has been long overdue since I've been coming to this place for a while now and I have always felt taken cared of greatly by everyone. I am very bad with pain so the anxiety of even going to an appointment was there but they immediately make u feel you are good and safe. Dr. Mahdavi - so thorough, very knowledgeable and those gentle hands - gosh u wouldn't even know you're done til he says everything is done. Hygienists - always on point. They are very particular and they really take their time cleaning your teeth. Front staff - very welcoming and super friendly as always. I am grateful for these guys. I could choose not to put in a good review so everyone won't come to them and I can keep them to myself, my family and friends. I love coming here. I have really bad dental anxiety, but the staff is always kind and patient and explain what step they are doing. I had a cavity filled here, and for the first time, a dental team actually told me that dental work isn't supposed to be painful. They kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. They do send a lot of appointment reminder emails (like, a lot), but I totally get it--they're trying to avoid last-minute cancellations. You can tell the receptionists and the doctors genuinely care. I feel safe here, both medically and personally ‍‍. It's been a consistently positive experience. read more

This dentist office is not for me personally. I like the staff and the dental assistants are super nice and welcoming. I'm not really a fan of the doctor wish I was since all the other reviews rave about him. Went like 3x's and always felt the energy was off, he doesn't seem very friendly in the aspect of him not really caring to take the time to address me and truly speak with me. Not sure kinda weird but I personally won't be back because of this. I've had other dentist be SO friendly and welcoming and take the time to truly address me and ANY concerns. read more

My man hates the dentist (like ever since he was a little boy, he felt like they experimented on him, just had painful experiences all the time) and doesn't go unless I go or he is dying of pain. I sent them a message to check for availability ASAP over the weekend, was told to call office Monday morning when they opened, set him up an appointment with the nice woman over the phone for the next week. He went and let me tell you ...........ZERO complaints, spoke so highly of the doctor and really everyone. Of course he'd prefer not to have to go but he's in pain (and he's the type that NEVER complains until it's unbearable so this was bad) ......... even though he went for unknown pain they were able to clean, inspect, refer and set up appts to help get to the bottom of his pain for REASONABLE PRICES. Out of all the places I looked, Skyline had the best and most authentic (real people) reviews and for good reason. Love: Reasonable prices. Entire staff is so kind, patient and informative - they tell him exactly what they are doing when they are doing it and why they are doing it. Even got him interested in our waterpik/hydrogen peroxide that I've tried to get him to use for forever. I am FOREVER grateful. Hate: That I didn't find and set up an appointment with them sooner. My family and I have been going here for 10 years. I've always liked it there. Michelle and Nicole always welcoming. Well now Michelle is gone so I probably will have to change dentist. I got a text on the day of my appointment in Dec canceling my appointment...RUDE! I replied to reschedule....nothing. then I got another text saying I need to schedule a 'deep cleaning'. I replied...nothing. so I called to schedule an appointment and some snot answered and said they couldn't get me in until July. Absolute ridiculous!!! I'll be moving my whole family to another dentist since they obviously don't want my business. read more
