I've had cleanings for decades by different dental practices, and always endured them as being uncomfortable but necessary. This was completely different. It felt like I was getting a MASSAGE. I stayed with my prior dentist for 43 years knowing it was time to change but fearful about finding a good replacement. Omg after my experience with this dentist I wish I had made the change years ago. Normally I pick by a referral from someone I know but I found this dentist based on reviews on Nextdoor and yelp. He is everything people say about him I can say all my fears about hating going to the dentist are gone I left feeling good and happy about my experience. He said I might feel sore afterwards and I didn't have any pain not even in the areas he injected me several times with novocaine I was surprised no soreness. His skill and explanations are the best. The cherry on top my prior dentist and someone he sent me to said a broken tooth I have needed to be pulled and an implant put in Dr Goldenberg says he can save it there's enough tooth to build up and put a crown on which I am scheduled to do in a few weeks. Dr. Goldenberg goes above and beyond. I had a small cavity filled and requested no anesthesia to avoid the hours of numbness afterwards. To accommodate, he used a variety of tools, went slower, was extra extra communicative, all to ensure I was comfortable. Part of the "extra extra" communication was counting down when the drill was in the sensitive area (be warned though, his "1" actually lasts a fill 3.5 secs!). After the filling, he showed me pics of before, during and after. Impressive bedside manners, accommodation and most off, very aesthetically pleasing results! read more

After 14 years with a great dentist our medical insurance changed and we had to find a replacement within network. After reading Dr Goldenberg's reviews we decided to try him out. Hubby went first for a regular cleaning and found the dentist and his staff to be excellent. A few months later while waiting for my 6 monthly clean to come around I managed to chip my front lower tooth. I wasn't in pain but it was unsightly and I was worried it would continue to chip as it was jagged. I called the surgery and Kerry went out of her way to fit me into their busy schedule 2 days later, an amazing feat considering Dr Goldenberg was going on vacation the following week and I was a new patient. When I arrived Kerry welcomed me and within a few minutes I was in the dental chair being introduced to Dr Goldenberg. He is young, soft spoken, calm and very friendly. He did a fantastic job on my chipped tooth while telling me everything he was about to do so I knew what to expect. I hadn't mentioned that I was a nervous dental patient and I didn't need to. He made the whole experience so easy! All of the staff were friendly and chatting with patients, putting them at their ease, talking about children, vacations and life in general. A nice atmosphere. The surgery is easy to find, has plenty of parking, is situated in a nice office complex in a garden setting, and is nicely furnished, extremely clean and welcoming. I needed a crown re-cemented it popped off last night, my own DDS office that I've been a patient in for over 20 yrs couldn't get me in for another 7 days . I have a very complicated situation. So finding a dentist that knows what to do and provide great care, is extremely important. Finding Dr. G and experiencing the level of caring and kindness is a priceless bonus. I came to him and his team (Carrie) and was in trouble and in A LOT of pain. Dr. G saw me right away, helped me immediately and every one in his office was so patient with me because honestly I was in so much pain, nervous and scared and really unsure of my out come. I must have called 10 times in 2 days and was only treated with kindness and compassion each time. There are a lot of dentists to choose from but I can assure you that you will have a hard time finding this combination of care and expertise.
