I'm really glad I finally found that with Dr. Singh. This is the first time I've had a primary doctor who focuses on prevention and takes a comprehensive view of all aspects of my health. She genuinely takes the time to get to know me as a person and as a patient, rather than just a yearly visit. She dedicates as much time as needed--often scheduling multiple appointments to make sure everything is thoroughly covered--and she's always accessible for ongoing questions and support. Everyone in the office is kind, efficient, and very helpful. I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Singh and her team, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized, and prevention-focused care. I look forward to continuing my care with Aspire Health.

Once I went to a real functional medicine Dr they discovered what the cause of all of my health issues was in one visit. I really enjoyed seeing Dr Singh, unfortunately she prescribed me a new medication at every visit. Prozac, Wellbutrin, adderall, Xanax, etc. A functional medicine Dr does not polydrug their patient to mask their symptoms. Then came my 4 year long journey of withdrawal due to Dr Singh abruptly taking me off all the antidepressants she had me on. She has done this to 2 other people that I know personally, and they have suffered equally as much as me as a result. When I realized that I was in withdrawal, her only response to me was "want me to send you another prescription for Prozac?" I stayed off all the meds and finally made out of the withdrawal hell, battled severe withdrawal symptoms including depression, suicidal ideation, panic attacks and horrific akathisia just to share a few and I now feel strong and amazing and I am returning to warn others and perhaps educate the Dr herself of the damages that overprescribing can cause. I think Dr Singh has good intentions and I really loved the aspire health model. I suffered so much from the effects of her negligence that I would feel terrible not speaking out.

Update: Called in to the office to try and resolve this…read more The office manager repeatedly just denied that it ever happened and told me I was wrong. I forwarded an email chain from over 2 years ago showing I sent them my bill, and that I requested help and she ignored me and refused to let me talk to the provider. I called back in and she kept me on hold repeatedly refusing to answer my call. Came in for a physical and to have blood work done. They sent my bloodwork to quest, and to my surprise one test (of the many they requested), randomly was not covered by my insurance despite the rest being covered. The cost of this one random test that was not covered was over 400 dollars while the rest show 5-10 dollars billed to insurance with a 0 dollar out of pocket cost on the itemized receipt. I was getting blown up by quest, threatening to send me to collections, etc.. and primary cart specialist of south Florida told me it was an error and that quest should not have done this and would handle it. Fast forward almost 2 years later and I get a collection company letter in the mail stating quest has sent me to collections and that they've bought the debt. Absolutely awful experience with this office, they told me over and over they would handle this and now I'm being sent to collections and my credit is being majorly impacted because they failed to do any sort of follow up.

Spending ample time with me at each appointment no matter how significant or insignificant it was. They are absolutely thorough, working to cover every base. Albeit I am not good at "following instructions" like going to see the referrals for preventative consultations. They do make sure they at least make the recommendations. I believe that as a Dr's Office the can be as involved or not involved as the patient wants them to be. Fortunately, my health is ok and it's my choice to have them be involved as needed. For others I know there is great follow up to appointments and for results. The staff is incredibly attentive also, in fact, I just called in to have my meds adjusted and refilled and was attended to immediately. This kind of practice is hard to find in the world of managed healthcare. I highly recommend them and would tell you to read the bad reviews, but don't pay too much attention to them as, I personally, never experienced that kind of treatment. 5 Stars to the Dr, his PA's and Staff!

Here's the updated version with that detail added:…read more --- **Terrible First-Time Experience - Completely Unprofessional** As a *new patient*, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor's office. I arrived within the **10-minute grace period** for being late, yet I was told they "couldn't see me" and that I needed to reschedule. There was no flexibility, no effort to help, and no consideration given to the fact that I was trying to establish care for the first time. The **office staff was extremely unprofessional, inattentive, and dismissive**. No one took the time to listen or offer any kind of solution. I felt brushed off and treated as if my time didn't matter at all. There was a complete lack of empathy and basic customer service. On top of that, the **office itself is very old and clearly broken down**. It looked poorly maintained, outdated, and not at all welcoming. Combined with the staff's attitude, it gave the impression of an office that simply does not care about patients. If this is how they treat people before they're even seen by the doctor, I can't imagine the quality of care afterward. I would **not recommend this doctor or their office** to anyone looking for a reliable and professional primary care provider. I will never recommend this doctor due to her office staff and their incapability to show that they care. It's not what you say but HOW you say it!!!!!

I've been Dr. Farrell's client ever since she finished her residency, and often suggest her to others. She is a gem: compassionate, caring, and dedicated to her patients. I find her a very flexible thinker, and empathetic doctor. She is constantly improving her skills and knowledge base, and explores widely. I learned recently that she has a strong interest in Lifestyle Medicine and has become more and more proficient in this area. My understanding in that in lifestyle medicine the patient and the doctor work as a team, with the doctor helping with analysis and insight based on the history, examination, labs, and other finding and information, then with the client ultimately accepting primary responsibility for their own care. Dr. Farrell is not forceful, but she is astute and convincing: to paraphrase something she told me: "I make recommendations. You make decisions." She is good at uncovering fundamental causes, and things that will make a difference not only with a diagnosed medical condition, but with the short and very long-term quality of a person's life. Here's another paraphrase from something she told me in suggesting lifestyle changes: "It's very hard. But it's very simple." Regarding diet, sleep habits, work habits, electronic media control and exercise I definitely had to agree with this this. But it was also motivating and useful, and I do feel her insight and recommendations have helped me make better decisions. I have referred others to Dr. Farrell, and so far the feedback has been excellent. However, there are some caveats. Getting the visit scheduled may be a hassle. She may occasionally run behind; this does happen with a caring doctor who is human. On a return routine visit her staff may do much of the work-up, leaving her with reduced time for you. Certain insurances demand that a physician do particular items to meet reimbursement requirements, even though these may not seem appropriate - e.g. if you are Medicare age, annual exams at pretty much all offices are likely to include a seemingly inappropriate screen for cognitive decline, typically administered by a staff member. Nevertheless I am VERY grateful that Dr. Farrell is my PCP, despite her gentle but firm nudging to accept that my own decisions make a difference and that, surprise surprise, I am responsible for myself.
